The Documents to be Produced

Duly completed registration form.

Three passport size photographs.

Copy of Birth certificate (original to be produced for verification).

Unique Identification Authority Of India (Aadhar Card if the Students have) Additonal documents to be produced by students seeking admission to class 2 nd and above.

Original Transfer certificate

Duty attested copy of last school progress report card.

Cast Certificate (those students who belong to OBC/SC/ST)
